Worked handicap example (order of application)
In this example, a scratch boat wins and the second boat was on 7 minutes. The two minutes for the winning boat is applied. That means the 7-minute boat goes back to 9 minutes. That boat then loses a minute for coming second so becomes an 8-minute boat.
