In one word - WET. You will likely get wet up to waist level when you launch the boat; there is no jetty to step off, you walk into the water with the boat and climb over the side. Sailing involves crashing through waves and spray coming over the side. If you capsize, you will be in the water for up to an hour getting towed to a beach.
