When the boat is in the water where the crew can stand, the first action is to take off all the sails and drag them ashore. The fin has to come out and be taken ashore. The rudder also has to be removed. Typically the capsize occurred under spinnaker so there may be a tangle of ropes and gear. De-rigging can take half an hour.
