Australian Skiff Championships 1953 page 2
Australian Skiff Championships 1953 page 2, a document published by the Sydney Flying Squadron and available here as the original file.
Publication is a matter of record at this club: a published document is never overwritten in place. A newer version, when one is adopted, appears as its own record naming the one it supersedes, and withdrawal is an event, not a deletion.
