MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS ARE NOW DUE (and they can be done Online)
As you are aware, our membership year at the Sydney Flying Squadron is 1 June to 31 May each year, thus your membership is expiring on 31 May 2009.
We are pleased to invite you to renew your membership of the Sydney Flying Squadron Limited (the Squaddy) for 2009 / 2010 and wish to thank you for your ongoing support.
In order to maintain continuity of membership (and subsequent ordinary membership status for voting purposes) renewals are due by 30 June 2009.
To make this process easier for you, decrease the administration involved (with the added bonus of improved financial reporting), we again offer the option for you to RENEW ONLINE with a Visa or Mastercard credit card via a secure 128-bit encryption facility on our website.
All you need to do is click on the link above and:
. select your Membership Category
. complete the online form (no need to complete a paper one)
. receive an online Tax Receipt to print for your files
. receive a confirming email of your transaction.
We will then validate your details via daily reports, and issue and mail your new card to your mailing address within a couple of weeks.
Should you wish to renew through paying direct at the club or by mail, you can download and print the Membership Form from the website, complete PAGE 1 (Page 2 is additional for new members) sign and return it, together with your payment to the Bar at the Clubhouse or through the mail to Sydney Flying Squadron, PO Box 577, Milsons Point 1565.
2009 / 2010 MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL DUES
At the same time as Membership Renewals we check and update details we are holding about you on the Members Database, thus we really need you to complete all details on the online page or paper form (whichever way you are paying).
Looking forward to welcoming you as a member again this year.
